At Mikado Diamonds, we want you to be completely captivated by your jewelry. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn pieces in their original packaging.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and select your order to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place your diamond jewelry and its original certificate of authenticity back into the Mikado presentation box and secure it inside a shipping carton.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid, fully insured shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition and authenticity of the piece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
