We offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original certification and packaging.
Can I get my ring resized after purchase?
We offer one complimentary resizing for most standard ring settings within the first 60 days of purchase. Please contact our concierge team to arrange this service.
Do your diamonds come with grading certificates?
Yes, every diamond over 0.50 carats is accompanied by an official grading report from world-renowned laboratories such as GIA or IGI.
How should I care for my diamond jewelry?
